01Effectiveness of Agreement
Once you access or use any Meshmac services, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to adjust the content of the Agreement at any time according to business needs; updated terms take effect from the date of announcement.
02Computing Service Standards
We provide physically exclusive computing power rental. Users must comply with the following while using:
Limited to lawful development, compilation, testing, and production tasks. Any form of network attack, hacking, or illegal penetration is strictly prohibited.
Virtual currency mining, large-scale web scraping, or any behavior that may cause abnormal pressure on the backbone network is strictly prohibited.
03Payment and Refund Policy
All computing resources are on a pre-paid basis. Given the scarcity of physical hardware resources and initialization costs:
- Once an order is paid and a physical instance is activated, the corresponding rental fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept refund requests initiated due to user configuration errors, network environment mismatch, or subjective preferences.
- In case of payment fraud, we reserve the right to permanently freeze the relevant instances and account assets.
04Data Risk and Backup
While we provide a high-standard hardware operating environment, data backup and security are ultimately the user's responsibility:
We are not legally liable for any data loss caused by sudden hardware failure, software conflicts, or user operation errors. Please make it a habit to regularly back up important assets to external storage.
05Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshmac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, etc.) incurred by users. Our maximum compensation for a single order shall not exceed the actual paid amount of that order.
